Mr. Fierlbeck, has more than 15 years experiences in the medical-device-industry as researcher, development-engineer and inventor. He started his career as researcher in biomechanics. After that he was strongly involved in building up an incubator for trauma implants and instruments for a worldwide leading company in trauma surgery. Since 2014 he took over the responsibility for the facility, currently part of the Paracelsus Medical University.
